James Lee Lewis, 24, of Keansburg, passed away on Thursday, March 12th, at home. He was born in Long Branch, lived in Middletown, prior to moving to Keansburg 8 years ago. Jimmy was a mechanic for Road Bear RV Rental Sales, Middletown. He was a Assie H-S of the Freemasons Mosonic Lodge 9, in Navesink, he loved to work on anything mechanical or technical, he enjoyed building things with Lego’s, taught himself to speak fluently German, and was known to be a genius. James is survived by his mother; Debbie Hyer of Keansburg, his father; Charles Lewis of Asbury Park, two brothers; William B. Hyer of Port Monmouth and Patrick Rosado of Mississippi, a sister; Lauren L. Lewis of Toms River, his aunt, uncle, a niece and nephew, along with many dear friends. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Wednesday, March 18, from 3-7pm at the Jacqueline M. Ryan Home for Funerals 233 Carr Ave. Keansburg. Wednesday evening at 6:30PM a religious service will take place at the funeral home. Cremation will be private.
