Devin Torres

Devin Torres, 20, affectionately known as "Fat Boy", passed away on July 10, 2023. Born on August 1, 2002, in Lancaster, PA, Devin was a vibrant and outgoing soul who brought joy and laughter to everyone he met.

Devin is survived by his loving family, including his mother, Patricia Torres, and his father, George Murphy. He leaves behind his cherished son, Izaiah, who was the light of his life. His siblings, Jeremy Torres, Selena Branch, Jade Branch, Kora Beaver, Paige Murphy, and Lacie Murphy will remember him as a protective and loving brother. His grandparents, Virginia Vargas and Angel and Carmen Torres, his nephew, Sauron Sweetwood, and his nieces, Zamora Sweetwood, Avelynn Sweetwood, Kahlani Blische, and Octavia Sweetwood.

Devin was a warehouse worker for FedEx, l who was always ready to lend a helping hand.

Devin had a lot of interests that showcased his adventurous spirit. He was an avid bike rider, he enjoyed video games. Devin had a knack for working on anything with a motor, often spending hours with cars and motorcycles. His adventurous spirit led him to go on many adventures, exploring new places and trying new things. He also had a passion for construction.

He was an avid Eagles fan. Devin was a people person with an outgoing soul. He could make friends everywhere he went, and his ability to make everyone smile was one of his most endearing qualities. His big heart made him a protector, always looking out for those he cared about. His bravery was evident in his adventurous spirit, always ready to try new things and face challenges head-on.

Devin was also known as a big Momma's Boy. His love for his mother was evident in his actions and words. He often spoke of her with admiration and love, and their bond was a special one. His love for his family was evident in the time he spent with them, always making sure they were taken care of and loved.

Devin was full of life and his courage, loyalty, and adventurous spirit will always be remembered by those who knew him. His passing leaves a void that will be hard to fill, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.

In remembering Devin, his legacy will continue to inspire and uplift those who were fortunate enough to know him. Devin Torres, aka "Fat Boy", will be greatly missed, but his spirit will live on in the stories shared, the memories cherished, and the love he left behind.
