Frances Carney (nee Stencler)

Frances Carney (nee Stencler), of Barnegat, died peacefully on April 24th, 2022, surrounded by her loved ones. She is predeceased by her husband, B. Michael Carney, as well as her parents, Walter and Helen Stencler. She is survived by her son, Michael Jay, and two daughters, Karen Lynn (Voskanyan) and Francine Marie. Her grandchildren, Erin, Jordan, Courtney, Carly, Caitlyn, Darron and Dane, along with a growing number of great grandchildren. She is also survived by her four siblings, Edward, Jacob, Walter Jr. and David. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Celebration of Life at 11AM on Sunday, May 1st, 2022. We will gather at Sun Harbor, 451 East Bay Avenue, Barnegat, to commemorate Fran and a life well-lived. Arrangements were under the direction of the Jacqueline M.
