Janet Sterling

Janet Sterling, 84, of Keansburg, passed away on Thursday, April 14th, at home. She was born in Wilks Barre, Pennsylvania, lived in Newark, prior to moving to Keansburg 66 years ago. Janet was a laborer for Motion Systems, she loved traveling with her husband and loved going to Hawaii. Janet was pre deceased by her husband Daniel Sterling Sr. in 2018. She is survived by her son; Daniel Sterling Jr. of Jackson, her two daughters; Susan Sterling of Keansburg and Charlotte Irving McBride of Middletown, her sister; Regina Burcha of Pennsylvania, two grandchildren; Elizabeth McGowan and Daniel Sterling III and her great grandchildren; Scott and Maverick McGowan. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 23rd, from 4-6pm at the Jacqueline M. Ryan Home for Funerals 233 Carr Ave. Keansburg. Cremation will be private.
