Ka'shon K. Cross

Ka'shon K. Cross, had a radiant spirit and affectionate demeanor and touched the lives of all who knew him, passed away on July 24, 2023. Born on September 11, 2004, in Red Bank, New Jersey, Ka'shon was the cherished son of Jenny Schaefer and Frank Cross of Hazlet Township, and a beloved sibling, uncle, and boyfriend.

Ka'shon's family was the cornerstone of his life. His parents Jenny and Frank, his maternal grandparents Joanne and Michael Keating, and paternal grandparents Ruth Renee and James Cross, all played significant roles in shaping the remarkable man he became. His brothers, Tyler Graziano, Da'jon Skaggs, and Davonne Cross, and his sister, Alyssa Graziano, shared many memorable moments with him, creating a bond that was unbreakable. Ka'shon was a proud graduate of Keyport High School, Class of 2022.  After graduation, he enrolled in the Monmouth County Adult Vocational School to study to become an electrician.

Ka'shon had a profound love for District 34 and District 2 Motor Cross. His enthusiasm for the sport was infectious, and he spent countless hours honing his skills and sharing his love for the sport with others. He also enjoyed going to Car Meets and was an avid Green Bay Packers fan and Miami Heat fan.

Friendly and loving, Ka'shon was known for his warm smile and his ability to light up any room. He was a friend to many. His loving nature extended beyond his family and friends, touching the lives of all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He was a beacon of light in this world, and his memory will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those who loved him.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Saturday, July 29th, from 9-12 pm at the Jacqueline M. Ryan Home for Funerals 233 Carr Ave. Keansburg. Burial to follow at Bayview Cemetery in Leonardo. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Ka’shon Cross at gofundme.com
