Linda (Ledda) Semmens

Linda Semmens (nee Ledda), 68, of Port Monmouth passed away at home on Saturday, January 1st, 2022.

Born in Jersey City and raised in Hazlet, Linda attended Raritan High School where she graduated in 1971. An advocate for the arts, she enjoyed music, cinema, and was a voracious reader. Known by her family to be an exceptional cook, Linda loved experiencing new restaurants and cuisine - especially amongst the company of family and friends.

Linda is survived by her three children, Joseph Semmens of Port Monmouth, John Semmens of Boulder, CO, and Maria Semmens of Johnsonburg. Her youthful spirit will be remembered and honored by her grandchildren, Joseph Lee, Jonas Semmens, Johnny Miseje, Isabelle Semmens, and Nixon Miseje - as well as those who knew and loved her.

Final arrangements were made under the direction of the Jacqueline M. Ryan Home for Funerals, Keansburg, NJ. While a memorial service will be held at a later date, Linda’s spirit can be celebrated by loving those closest to home.
