Maureen P. Leahy

Maureen P. Leahy, 50, of Keansburg, passed away on Thursday, May 25th, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. She was born in Long Branch, and lived most of her life in Keansburg.

Maureen was an Aide for Bayside Manor in Keansburg. She enjoyed reading, watching crime TV shows and word search games. Maureen was very crafty; she enjoyed refinishing furniture, painting and restoration.

Maureen was pre-deceased by her father, George Leahy. She is survived by her mother, RoseAnn Cuppler; her two sons, EJ Vazquez and Eddie Neefus; her daughter, Aislinn Izworski; her brother and sister in law, Bob and Melissa DeStito; three nephews and a niece, Danny, Anthony, Robert and Mia.

Family and friends are invited for a Memorial Service on Monday, June 12th from 5-7pm at the Jacqueline M. Ryan Home for Funerals 233 Carr Ave. Keansburg.
