Robert C. Maynard, 70, of Keansburg, Passed away on Tuesday, September 6th, at Bayshore Medical Center, Holmdel, surrounded by family. He was born in Long Branch and has been a life-long resident of Keansburg. Robert worked food services for Aramark, Bell Labs and was also a bartender at Kinlin’s Bar. He was an avid Yankees and Giants fan, he liked spending time with his friends at the Stadium and playing the ponies.
Robert was pre-deceased by his parents, Horace John Maynard and Marion Elliott; three siblings, Patricia Bertoi, John Maynard and Regina Maynard. He is survived by five sisters and brothers in-law, Christine Flannery of Middletown, Arlene and Tony Frazee of Keansburg, Carol Ledea of Virginia, Candice and Tommy Hwang of Belford and Virginia Jedevia of Saddle Brook; many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Thursday, from 3-7pm at the Jacqueline M. Ryan Home for Funerals 233 Carr Ave. Keansburg. On Friday there will be a 10:00am Mass at St. Ann’s Church, Keansburg, burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery.
