Susan E. Sterling

Susan E. Sterling, 65, of Keansburg, passed away on Friday, February 3rd, at Riverview Medical center, Red Bank.

She was born in Red Bank and has been a life –long resident of Keansburg. Susan worked for Sam Goody in Woodbridge for many years. She also worked for Motion Systems in Eatontown for at least 10 years until her retirement in 2018. Susan dedicated the rest of her life taking care of her parents.

Susan enjoyed her trips to Hawaii and Disney; she loved Mickey Mouse, animals (especially dogs), the color orange and shopping on QVC and HSN. Susan was a shopaholic, she enjoyed spending time with her friends and family and loved making her great nephews smile.

Susan was pre-deceased by her parents, Daniel Sterling Sr. in 2018 and Janet Sterling in 2022. She is survived by her brother, Daniel Sterling Jr. of Jackson; her sister, Charlotte McBride; her cousin and dear friend, Vicky Micheletti; her niece and nephew, Elizabeth McGowan and Daniel Sterling III; her great nephews, Scott and Maverick and many other cousins.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Wednesday, February 8th, from 6-8pm, with a 7pm service, at the Jacqueline M. Ryan Home for Funerals 233 Carr Ave. Keansburg. In lieu of flowers please send donation to the American Cancer Society at www.donate3.cancer.org
