Valentine Phillips-Stephenson,4 months, of Keansburg, passed away on Tuesday, November 29th, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. She was born in Red Bank and lived in Keansburg. Valentine is predeceased by her sister, Mercedes Phillips- Stephenson in 2020. She is survived by her loving mother, Amanda Phillips of Keansburg; her loving father, Desmond Stephenson of Keansburg; her maternal grandparents, Bobby Jo Phillips of Keansburg and Robert Dill of Toms River; her paternal grandparents, Renee Mountain of Port Monmouth and Nathan Stephenson of Long Branch; many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family. Although she was here for a short time, she meant the world to us. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The arrangements are under the care of the Jacqueline M. Ryan Home for Funerals 233 Carr Ave. Keansburg. Cremation was private.
