He was born in Hilton Park, Middletown, New Jersey and has been a lifelong resident of Highlands. William served in the US Army as a military policeman. We are proud to have been able to call him husband, dad, pop-pop, Gipper and friend. He was an avid fisherman, bowler and sports fan. He liked hockey and UCON girls’ basketball. William was very artistic and handy, a collector of things. He also enjoyed making signs for the school fair. William was pre deceased by his son; Daniel O’Neil in 2019.
