I cannot say enough about how wonderful this business is. I am out of state, and due to Hurricane Ian, I had limited phone and internet service at the time that my sister passed away in NJ . They made everything so simple for me. Cathy worked hard for me on a Sunday to accommodate my needs. She even found financial coverage to assist in the payment for the cremation for my sister. If you need help with the final plans for your loved ones, this is your place. If I had to sum it up: Integrity, hard working, and kind.

I wanted to take a few moments to sit down and write this to you. I'm not sure anyone is ever really prepared to walk through the doors of your place, I know I sure was not. I came to you crying and upset, still having not fully processed what I was there for. As it happens so suddenly and I didn't have very much time to think on anything. The whole process just thinking of it was so overwhelming. I did not know what to do about my son Vincent or how to go about making his final preparations. You both helped me through this process tremendously. You both told me step by step what had to be done. Walking me through one of the most difficult processes a parent has to make.
No words can describe what you both have done for me. You went above and beyond to make this devastating time for myself and my family a little easier with your patience, understanding and kindness.
You went a step above by offering a listening ear in telling me I could call if I needed to talk. My heart is so full of thanks and appreciation for the service you do. The eulogy you prepared for my son Vincent meant the world to me and my family and it is something that we will never forget. So with the utmost sincerity from the bottom of my heart I thank you both for everything you have done in helping me through this process and making sure that my son's final preparations were done beautifully.

If I've written a thank you to you before now, just consider this as additional words of appreciation for the way you handled my husband's arrangements and final resting place at Cloverleaf Memorial Park.
I have been so busy since last month taking care of all the details of probate, paperwork and changing names on all of the many things that need to be addressed that I wasn't sure if I sent a note to you.
The ceremony at the Mausoleum went off without a hitch and Deacon Marty was perfect- not long winded and he read a eulogy I had prepared exactly with the right accents and tone. The Marines (All 3 of them) who presented the flag and played taps were as always perfect and right on with every move they made. What a great final send-off they gave to a brother Marine. They make me proud knowing that Pete was one of their group.
I'm about at the completion of tying up all the loose ends surrounding the estate and I'm looking forward to taking time to privately and properly grieve my loss of the best person I've ever known. Pete and I would have been married for 50 years this coming July and, while we didn't officially make it, we were together for 52 years, so that counts.
And once I get my head screwed back on straight again, I can think of the future for me. And rest assured, when it's my time, my kids will be knocking at your door once more for your usual happy demeanor; your always smiling face and your total professionalism helping them say good-bye to me.

The Memorial was very thoughtful of you. It was sad, but it gave my family and I comfort. I've never been to one like you had. It was real nice, Really. We saw a number of friends up on the screen. It's a small, small world. I also met some family members of the other deceased. "Chuck" Medina broke my heart and my kids felt sad. But we remembered him that was good. The candle is beautiful. I just want you to know how much this means to me, and my family. The Poem Kathy read was a real tearjerker if that is a word.
