I used to help Richard do the Sunday collection at Central Baptist Church, so I guess you could say I was CBC's first and only "Assistant Usher". Richard had a tenacious spirit, as evidenced by his faithfully standing his post every Sunday, regardless of weather. He always had a smile and kind word for everyone. It was a privilege to know him.
